Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a moving date, clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice, while cancellations must be communicated with a 2-day notice period. In the event of a cancellation without proper notice, IHAUL reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee. In the case of a properly canceled move, a $60 charge will be deducted from the reservation fee. Any remaining reservation fee will be promptly reimbursed within two business days via check or returned to the original payment card. For cancellations made after the 48-hour window, a $150 cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from the reserve fee. In the event of a move cancellation or a 'no-show' on the scheduled move day, the fee will be retained by IHAUL as compensation for the time allocated.
